God wants to have a relationship with us, and the best way we can grow any relationship is through spending time with one another. As we draw near to God, He promises to draw near to us (James 4:8). What an amazing gift!

 

Around here, we've found that drawing near to the Lord with a Bible reading plan significantly helps us in our pursuit of Jesus. Instead of stressing over what to read each day in God's Word, we can simply enjoy being with Him and hearing from Him.
